The majority of our products come from local stock and we aim to process most of the orders we receive on the day upon which they are placed (or the next working day for orders after 2pm, weekends or Bank Holidays). Due to unforeseen circumstances and varying levels of sales or supplier back-orders, a product that has been ordered may be out of stock for a period of time. If this is the case for the product that you have ordered, we will inform you by email, advising you with some up-to-date information regarding when we expect to be able to complete your order.
In terms of Delivering your goods, orders are usually shipped by Royal Mail Recorded or DPD Local and they will require signing for upon delivery for security reasons. Delivery once despatched is typically within 24-48 hours, but may take longer to rural areas, or during peak periods which is typical for most Delivery Companies.
If a Delivery has not made itself to you, or there is a problem with your Delivery, please make us aware within 7 Days of the Delivery date.
